Grounding

Helps: when a situation's internal and external factors need sorting into four boxes; it inherits the two-by-two's untested diagram craft and adds no evidence of its own

Backfires: when the boxes fill with long, general lists that are never prioritised, or when a factor that is both a strength and a weakness is forced into one box
